If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), the hotel will charge the guests' credit card with the full, non-refundable amount of reservation costs.

The invoice can be issued no later than the 15th day of the next month from the date of payment.

At a later date, invoicing will not be possible.

Please note that the payment for the entire stay will be charged upon check-in.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
