The location was fantastic, just 5 minutes to the main road near the old town and tram stop, with a 15-minute walk to the main square. The bed was super comfortable even if the two beds tended to drift apart, and the bathroom was spacious with a strong shower. We also enjoyed the TV options, including Netflix, and the nice coffee machine, so the positives definitely outweighed the few small issues.
