Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax ID number and invoice details should be provided by the guest at the moment of booking.

Please note that after we fiscalize the transaction without the tax ID, it will not be any more possible to issue an invoice for the company.

Please note that a paid private parking is located 200 metres from the property.

The hotel is required to adhere to standards for the protection of minors.

This includes verifying the identity of the minor and their relationship with the accompanying adult. (Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors).

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest's card for 500 PLN upon check-in to cover any additional services, damages, or pet deposit.

If all charges are settled and no issues are found in the room, the pre-authorization will be canceled on the day of the Guest's departure.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
